Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–4:45 AM
Base Pay: $23.75/hr
Potential Earnings: Up to $31.75/hr with generous volume-based incentive pay

Job Summary

3rd Shift Order Selectors are responsible for the safe and accurate selection of beverage products for delivery. This is a physically demanding role that involves repetitive lifting of cases and kegs, as well as operating warehouse equipment.

Applicants should:

• Be 21 or older
• Have experience working overnight shifts
• Possess a good driving record
• Preferably have 1+ year of warehouse experience

Essential Responsibilities

Order Selection & Loading

• Use voice-pick system to retrieve products for beverage center or route trucks
• Verify load accuracy and coordinate corrections with loaders
• Palletize and shrink-wrap products as needed
• Load route trucks by order or brand
• Inspect for damaged products and prevent shipment of defective items
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Night Warehouse Manager

Team Support

• Assist Re-stockers, Loaders, and Checkers as needed

Housekeeping & Organization

• Pick up breakage, wood, and plastic from work areas
• Maintain general housekeeping standards
• Complete end-of-shift cleanup procedures

Performance Standards

• Productivity: Maintain a pick rate of 250+ cases per man-hour
• Quality: Achieve or exceed accuracy goal of .51 cases per 1,000 case equivalents picked

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 months warehouse or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to comply with safety procedures
• Ability to safely operate required equipment (Forklift, Walkie Rider)

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Work safely and follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Report all injuries or accidents immediately (within 1 hour)
• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs frequently (at least 250 cases per hour)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 165 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods during each shift
• Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, and crouching
• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
